Version musiq-node-ack-2026-10 (Draft — pending counsel review)

Before buying a MusIQ Node Software License, you confirm each statement below individually at checkout. If anything you have been told conflicts with these statements, these statements apply.

  1. 1I am buying a software license. A MusIQ Node Software License lets me run node software and take part in governance. It is not a security, share, or ownership interest in any entity.
  2. 2This is not an investment. I am not buying with an expectation of profit, and no one has promised me a return, income, or increase in value.
  3. 3No equity or revenue share. My license gives me no equity, dividend, revenue share, or profit right in the MusIQ Forward Foundation, Block Reign, Inc., or MusIQ Network.
  4. 4Rewards are variable and may be zero. Any LYRIQ I receive depends on my node’s uptime and performance, the number of operators, network activity, and a declining emission schedule. Nothing is guaranteed.
  5. 5LYRIQ is a utility reward. LYRIQ is not sold, is not redeemable for fiat currency, and may never have a market or value outside the MusIQ ecosystem.
  6. 6I am responsible for operating my node. I will provide and maintain infrastructure that meets the current requirements, keep the software updated, and pay any hosting costs.
  7. 7I am responsible for my own compliance. I am at least 18, I am not in a sanctioned or restricted jurisdiction, I may be asked to verify my identity, and I am responsible for my own taxes.
  8. 8I have read the governing documents. I have read and agree to the MusIQ Node Software License Terms & Conditions and the MusIQ Network Risk Disclosures, including the refund policy.

Your typed name, the acknowledgments you affirmed, the document versions shown, and the time of acceptance are recorded with your order as your electronic signature.

If you do not agree with any statement above, please do not complete your purchase. If you have questions, contact info@musiqnetwork.info before buying.

IF ANY PERSON — including a Referral Partner, node operator, community member, or anyone claiming to represent MusIQ Network — has told you that a MusIQ Node or LYRIQ will earn you a profit, income, or return, that statement is unauthorized and untrue. Do not rely on it, and please report it to info@musiqnetwork.info.
